Our coaching engagements are structured as mutual commitment partnerships, consistent with professional coaching standards.

1. Coaching Agreement Principle

All terms—including financial arrangements—are clearly agreed upon before engagement.

2. Fees & Refunds
  • All fees are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced
  • This reflects the allocation of dedicated time, preparation, and professional expertise
3. Pre-Engagement Transparency

Clients are encouraged to:

  • Clarify expectations
  • Evaluate fit before committing
4. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Ethical Commitment

If concerns arise, we encourage open dialogue to ensure alignment and value delivery—consistent with professional coaching standards of accountability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Mutual Respect for Time

Coaching effectiveness depends on consistency and commitment.

2. Rescheduling
  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
3. Late Cancellation / No-Show
  • Sessions missed or canceled within 24 hours are considered completed
4. Right to Terminate

In line with ICF standards:

  • Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at any time, subject to agreed terms
5. Coach Rescheduling
  • Any changes from our side will be communicated proactively with alternate options.
6. Validity
  • Packages must be completed within agreed timelines to maintain continuity and effectiveness.
