Coaching is not:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment
  • Legal, financial, or medical advice
  • Job placement or guaranteed outcome
2. Coaching Agreement

A clear agreement is established covering:

  • Scope
  • Confidentiality
  • Financial terms
  • Roles & responsibilities
3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes
  • Results depend on your engagement and action
4. Professional Ethics & Boundaries
  • Adheres to globally recognized coaching ethics
  • Maintains professional boundaries
  • Avoids conflicts of interest
  • Does not engage in dual or inappropriate relationships
5. Confidentiality & Legal Disclosure

Confidentiality is maintained except:

  • Legal obligations
  • Risk of harm
  • Regulatory requirements
6. Data Protection

We follow:

  • Consent-based data collection
  • Purpose limitation
  • Reasonable security practices
7. Payments
  • Fees payable in advance
8. Intellectual Property
  • All materials, frameworks, and tools remain the intellectual property of Purpose Mentor
9. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for decisions or outcomes arising from coaching engagement.
10. Governing Law
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
